Property & Facilities Management Services
• Attend to all correspondence and enquiries.

Centre Management
• To oversee the overall management, operations, maintenance and upkeep of the property.
• To maintain close rapport with the Client and Tenants.
• To address complaints submitted pertaining to common area and facilities provided in the property.
• To ensure all covenants in the agreement are adhered to by continuous supervision and monitoring.
• To assist the Client in maintaining full registration of Tenants.
• To enforce the Deed of Mutual Covenants, House Rules and/or By-Laws that contains rules and regulations governing occupation and use of the common property and all its facilities
Project Management
• To assist in preparing overall project schedule and task list based on requirements of the project.
• To identify task and share them with parties involved and make correction or changes if necessary.
• Assist the Client in preparing overall budget.
• To assist the Client to check and verify if the design requirements and the layout plan are in accordance.
• Review all existing plans, designs, specifications, cost estimates and tendering procedures.
• Supervise and monitor the work of the contractors and subcontractors to ensure that they comply with the design and specifications.
Asset Management

Tenancy & Leasing Management
• Determination of rental rate, outgoing and service

Client.
• Draft and review the Letter of Offer and Tenancy
Agreement.
• Manage the tenancy admin i.e.: collection of
booking fee, rental & utility deposit, etc.
Fit-Out Management
• Review and Approval of Fit-Out & ID Submission.
• Coordination of Logistic for Fit-Out & ID.
• Review and Approval of ID & Fit-Out Completion
