Trinitas Property Management Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as Trinitas Property Consultants Sdn Bhd) was established in 2021 with the aim of providing property management excellence, knowledge and expertise to the growing needs of the country’s strata and nonstrata property developments.
At Trinitas, our strength lies in our ability to communicate our knowledge and expertise and translate it into the actions required for excellent property management services to our clients.
We are registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers and are licensed to undertake Property Management Services.

JOHN WONG
DIRECTOR
John is a registered property manager with the
Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents &
Property Managers. He majored in Electrical
Engineering from Asian Institute of Management
Science, Malaysia and he has extensive
maintenance and operations exposure in
shopping mall and property management with
more than 20 years of experience. Due to his
passion in the property management sector, he
established Trinitas to help clients to better
manage their assets and investments.
John was previously attached with Rahim & Co.
as General Manager overseeing the property
management division. Prior to that, he was with
Mid Valley City Gardens Sdn Bhd and DTZ Nawawi
Tie Leung Sdn Bhd, both times as Group
Operations Manager. He also worked with other
property management companies such as MBF
Building Services Sdn Bhd, Jones Lang Wootton,
W Group in Sabah and few other established
organizations.


RONNIE YAP
DIRECTOR
YVONNE NUNIS
Head of Admin & Business Development
Yvonne has an Advance Diploma in Business
Studies. She has more than 15 years of
experience in the field of property management.
Her experience gained includes handling tenancy
matters, supervising and coordinating general
meetings and she has an excellent track record in
PR with clients.
Prior to joining Trinitas, she has over 15 years of
experiences in corporate companies such as the
Genting Group, Glomac Berhad, DTZ Debenham
Tie Leung (Malaysia) & Rahim & Co.

TERENCE PUNCHIRAMAN
Head of Finance
Terence has more than 25 years in the field of
accounting, focusing on financial reporting,
budgeting, forecasting, corporate reporting and
implementation of Standard Operating
Procedures specializing in Retail Mall and
Property Management reporting.
The experience of working with large Malaysian
and foreign organizations includes setting up the
entire Finance department for new department
as expansion of business, implementation of
workflow & procedure for finance, a member of
Project Steering Committee for implementation
of new accounting system, implementation of
various Application Programming Interfacing to
financial software, team member contributing
towards the success of obtaining ISO 9001,
OHSAS 2007 and HIRAC recognition for retail
division, team member for acquisition of business
as part of business expansion, team member for
REITs exercise. Aside from accounting he have
also experience in education business in the field
of marketing and administration.

CS WONG
Senior Operations Manager
CS WONG, a Registered Property Manager,
certified by The Board of Valuers, Appraisers,
Estate Agents, and Property Managers (BOVAEAP)
and a member of Malaysian Institute of Property
& Facility Managers (MIPFM). With over 15 years
of valuable industry experience, he has built a
diverse skill set that spans across facility and
property management.
Graduated from HELP Institute with a Bachelor
Degree in marketing, his journey in the field
commenced in 2008 with Singapore based
developer WingTai (M) Bhd and further enhanced
with Rahim & Co and Knight Frank Malaysia in
property management roles, and since then his
career has been marked by roles encompassing
operations management, people leadership, and
construction oversight; experienced Property
Manager with a demonstrated history of working
in the industry, skilled in customer service,
property management & maintenance
/operations and financial management.
He aims to connect with professionals, peers, and
collaborators who share his enthusiasm for
property management, and he looks forward to
engaging in meaningful discussions and potential
collaborations within the industry from time to
time.
